Two cows standin in a field (as they are wont to do!) one says to the other,

"have you heard about that disease - mad cow disease it's called?"

The other one replied,

"Quack woof-woof baaaaaaaa!"

it's a word seldom used these days, but i use it quite a lot and often get funny
