BTW, Philip probably did just miss Dustin in the header.
I just wanted to turn the screws a bit.
His response should prove interesting.

"How nice of you, Boy, to upset Laurie by letting her read Sloopy's
message (which I found uncalled for BTW). With friends like you who
needs enemies?"
He should have said, with friends like Teri who needs enemies.
It wasn't your fault that she read it and all three of us know it.
It was mine.
I only wish there was a way for HIM to know it.
If there's a way to let Philip put the blame for that where it really
It's not blame Teri. I don't care what Philip thinks. He is trying to remove
heat from his friend Sloppy nothing more.
I just can't stand you taking the heat for something I did. Even if
you DO say you don't care.
belongs, without giving anything important away, let me know how and
I'll gladly do it.
Nothing to be gained by posting it. The Clique as a whole wouldn't believe it.
You might get more milage if you revealed to people like Vanessa via email that
you are friends with Laurie. You could email Philip directly. I doubt very much
he would make it public knowledge. It's not news he would want to hear.
But would this hurt Laurie if I did it? My whole point in all this is
to put the heat on ME, not her or you, or to hurt her any more than I
already have. I'll need to hear from Laurie what she thinks about it
all.
Laurie is a late sleeper sometimes.;-)
This would protect you later if your friendship with Laurie was revealed in the
group.
I don't care about that, like I just said above.
Revealing it in the group now will get a very nasty response from the
Cliquettes, especially Cheryl.
I know, that was the problem. There didn't seem to be a way to do it
without hurting Laurie in the process. And there was no way I was
gonna do that.
Laurie should have some input here
Absolutely, after all it's her we're talking about here. She needs to
okay whatever, if anything, is done.
because I'm
sure that some of the Cliquettes will attack her via email.
I can't have that. So...again, how to do it without dragging her into
it...
Teri do what is best for you and Laurie.
This isn't about me.
I'm sure Laurie would have seen Sloopy's post anyway and she will confirm that.
I also suspect she feels rather good about slapping Sloopy one more time.
Sloopy is vocal but he is far from being the worst in the Clique. I have much
more respect for him than I do Philip.
BTW do you believe Vanessa.
Honestly I don't know what to believe about her now. I know they
emailed each other so I assumed she thought of him as a friend. In
fact, I was happy for Kevin that he had someone else he considered to
be a friend. If she dumps him, after he thought of her this way, he's
going to be VERY hurt, believe me.
I think Kevin was scaring the hell out of her and that she is glad he is gone.
She will do everything she can to keep him as an email friend and OUT of ASAP.
I'm sure Meryl has warned her that her friendship with Kevin could make her a
target of people like Liz and Anna.
Some friend.
If she continues to mail him now, while at the same time not wanting
to post to him, then that's about as two-faced and low as you can get.
OTOH if she stops mailing him, he'll be hurt. Either way he loses.
She will work desperately to support him via email, at the same time
supporting his decision to leave ASAP. She can't afford to have you or
anyone else talk him into returning to ASAP. She is crafty. I suspect
her and Meryl are working very closely together.
IMO the last thing Vanessa wants is Kevin back in the group.

Odd that only I would see them.
They are all crossposted apparently by cyber-***@example.com.
All of the messages are from about 3 or 4 different people.
Guess I could just block the sender... but it's odd that the messages
are happening in here.

So, nobody else is getting about 50 messages a day in here like the
following...

Blocking the poster will take care of the immediate problem (I did it
the first day). The real problem is that that are some not-nice,
non-mooing folks who think spam is fun.

But if it makes you feel any better, my Bodacia cowzie made him a

Post by Moodesigns - Mary Barnett
Blocking the poster will take care of the immediate problem (I did it
the first day). The real problem is that that are some not-nice,
non-mooing folks who think spam is fun.
But if it makes you feel any better, my Bodacia cowzie made him a
pie..... :)))

So, you're not putting the blame on yourself, right? That's the bottom

Aha! That's what I've been meaning to ask you. Were you lurking during
Cheryl's and my first go around? I think the boB-ism post started it.
Anyway, I didn't know anyone else had been watching ASAP, and
especially Cheryl, until I was invited here. When I found out, I think
I told boB that I felt so *violated*. <bg>
I would've loved to have been a fly on the wall in here during that

He should have said, with friends like Teri who needs enemies.
It wasn't your fault that she read it and all three of us know it.
It was mine.
I only wish there was a way for HIM to know it.
If there's a way to let Philip put the blame for that where it really
belongs, without giving anything important away, let me know how and
I'll gladly do it.
