LOL
You are quite the topic of discussion today. Have fun! ;-)
It actually started with all the birthday responses to Nighthawk.
They despise him Teri and have for years.
He was the one posting all the Xganon posts attacking Jackie. He has done this
for years as well. He has an ugly love/hate relationship with Jackie and Liz.
Both him a JH were 'accepted' on the birthday list to try to isolate me.
That won't work.
Cheryl has posted the Cliques true feelings about this.
The Clique feels this is good time to make a push while my support is soft.
Then I need to get in there don't I?
I'll leave them alone for a while and let them stew in their own juices.
LOL
I'm not going to repost their nasty side BTW, I just want them nervously
checking the group every five minutes to see.
I won't be posting again for a couple days.
Darn. It's always more interesting when you do. <g> And if they were to
be honest with themselves they'd have to admit they like it too. You are
the Jalapeno in their sauce.

All of this was planned via email.
Funny. MY email has been strangely silent the past couple of days.
Haven't received a blessed thing from any of them. <g>
The first post in this little scheme of theirs was not the Support thread, it

I know you'll survive cuz you always do. That's not the point though.
I'm not abandoning you. (NO don't worry! I'm not going to get sappy!
<g>)
I haven't seen any strings attached when I talk with you. I have though

Even Laurie doesn't support my views. She just likes it when I slap Cheryl.
Well, I have to admit that IS kind of fun for me too.
Could you slap Liz around a little for me too please? <g>

Yep. I have no idea what on earth they are trying to accomplish.
Philip is noticeably absent. Obviously he didn't agree with this latest
tactic.
They tried this in Feb and again in May. It didn't work then, why do
they think it will work now.

I notice Kevin is wavering.
Did that have anything to do with you?

I think I know where this is going...
I fully expect you to be eventually seduced by the Clique side of the
force.
And there it is.
Teri support for yourself is far more important than anything else.
That is the purpose of the group. If you can fit in with the group in ASAP there
is not a more supportive bunch around.
It's when you can't fit in that they have no problem viciously throwing you to
the wolves.
I'm not being altruistic (I had to look this word up...lol...but I knew
it would fit) by hanging out here with you or talking with you on ASAP.
I happen to like it and enjoy your company. It's really as simple as
that. I think I can manage to balance the two. So far so good, although
I have taken some hits. <bg>

Since you talk about fitting in, this might be a good time to talk about
what I eluded to a couple of posts ago when I said:
"I haven't seen any strings attached when I talk with you. I have though
with them. I'm going to talk about that soon with you too." So here
goes.

It's been clear to me for some time that I don't fit their mold,
medically or otherwise, and that bothers them. I don't want to bore you
with all the medical aspects of my life but to understand why I don't
really fit in, I need to do it just a little.
For instance, they can't wrap their head around the fact that I might
actually suffer from depression first, and anxiety second, or at least
anxiety less so than depression. They've made up their minds that it
must *always* be the other way around if you suffer from both, so
therefore I must not know what I'm talking about, and should not
*really* be taken completely seriously. The choice of med that I'm on,
even though it has helped tremendously, has been met with scorn.
Horrors! She's taking Wellbutrin! She must not REALLY be anxious if she
takes that! See, the thing is it's great for my depression, so....if my
anxiety is secondary to my depression then it really does help all
around. Confusing I know. Suffice to say *I* think it's generally
working well for me and that's all that should matter. It bugs them
though. Also, so much is black and white with them. They simply cannot
understand how it's possible to converse with someone like you (sorry).
That bugs ME.
I suffer from a form of anxiety that really doesn't fit into ASAP at all.
The hug is the group symbol. A hug to me is like a sexual assault regardless of
who the huggie happens to be.
<gulp> I do know that. I'm so sorry about the hug I once gave you. I
promise no more air hugs.
My body and mind reacts to a hug the same way you would react to your uncle
grabbing your breast. At least according to the tests that were done on me years
ago.
I guess it's more of a phobia, but the anxiety I have suffered and do suffer
when people are around is very real. I can handle it for a couple days and then
if i can't escape I emotionally collapse.
I'm hoping some day someone who has a similar condition will wander into the
group.
I hope so too. That would be great.
LOL!
And Stacy wants me to slap Anna around.
Yup, I think she has her killfiled. ;-)

I think I know where this is going...
I fully expect you to be eventually seduced by the Clique side of the
force.
And there it is.
Teri support for yourself is far more important than anything else.
That is the purpose of the group. If you can fit in with the group in ASAP
there
is not a more supportive bunch around.
It's when you can't fit in that they have no problem viciously throwing
you to
the wolves.
I'm not being altruistic (I had to look this word up...lol...but I knew it
would fit) by hanging out here with you or talking with you on ASAP. I
happen to like it and enjoy your company. It's really as simple as that. I
think I can manage to balance the two. So far so good, although I have taken
some hits. <bg>
Since you talk about fitting in, this might be a good time to talk about
"I haven't seen any strings attached when I talk with you. I have though
with them.
I'm going to talk about that soon with you too." So here goes.
It's been clear to me for some time that I don't fit their mold, medically
or otherwise, and that bothers them. I don't want to bore you with all the
medical aspects of my life but to understand why I don't really fit in, I
need to do it just a little.
For instance, they can't wrap their head around the fact that I might
actually suffer from depression first, and anxiety second, or at least
anxiety less so than depression. They've made up their minds that it must
*always* be the other way around if you suffer from both, so therefore I
must not know what I'm talking about, and should not *really* be taken
completely seriously. The choice of med that I'm on, even though it has
helped tremendously, has been met with scorn. Horrors! She's taking
Wellbutrin! She must not REALLY be anxious if she takes that! See, the thing
is it's great for my depression, so....if my anxiety is secondary to my
depression then it really does help all around. Confusing I know. Suffice to
say *I* think it's generally working well for me and that's all that should
matter. It bugs them though. Also, so much is black and white with them.
This the number one problem with the Clique. They only really accept
people who fit their very narrow view of anxiety and it's treatment.
They don't want any others using the group at all.
They simply cannot understand how it's possible to converse with someone
like you (sorry). That bugs ME.
But THEY can do it right?;-)
Anne, Anna, Cheryl, Jackie and several others have responded nicely to
me many times in the past. If the truth is to be known Cheryl
especially really wants to be liked by me.
I suffer from a form of anxiety that really doesn't fit into ASAP at all.
The hug is the group symbol. A hug to me is like a sexual assault
regardless of
who the huggie happens to be.
<gulp> I do know that. I'm so sorry about the hug I once gave you. I
promise no more air hugs.
My body and mind reacts to a hug the same way you would react to your
uncle
grabbing your breast. At least according to the tests that were done on me
years
ago.
I guess it's more of a phobia, but the anxiety I have suffered and do
suffer
when people are around is very real. I can handle it for a couple days and
then
if i can't escape I emotionally collapse.
I'm hoping some day someone who has a similar condition will wander into
the
group.
I hope so too. That would be great.
LOL!
And Stacy wants me to slap Anna around.
Yup, I think she has her killfiled. ;-)

Laurie can tell you that Cheryl is desperate to be liked.
Won't Laurie have alot of posts to catch up on! LOL
Yep. I have no idea what on earth they are trying to accomplish.
Philip is noticeably absent. Obviously he didn't agree with this latest tactic.
They tried this in Feb and again in May. It didn't work then, why do they think
it will work now.
I notice Kevin is wavering.
Did that have anything to do with you?
Do you mean have I discussed any of this with him? No. We've never
talked about you.

Kevin and I have become friends of sorts. We email each other and I
think he's a good kid...in spite of the little "Mrs. Robinson number I
pulled on him. ;-) (That was all in good, mutual fun BTW)

No, I just think poor Kevin is feeling torn. He knows I'll stand with
you so he probably doesn't want to hurt our friendship, and yet, he
doesn't want to alienate the group either. I've put him in a bad
position I'm afraid.

Oh well. I've got to leave the "fun" for a little while unfortunately.
Gotta put supper on the table and son's got a little fever so some TLC
is called for. ;-) I wondered why he was such a couch potato
today-couldn't get him interested in doing anything.

Can't wait to see what's waiting for me when I get back tonight though!
lol Probably around 8:00 our time.
